Export Policies and Templates Window

The Export Policies and Templates window, opened from the Policies interface and the Templates interfaces, lets you:

Export selected policies’ configuration from the list on the Policies Interface
Export selected templates’ configuration from the list on the Templates Interface

The export generates an XML file.

To export policy or template configurations:

Step 1 – When you click the Policies node or the Templates node in the Navigation pane, the Policies interface or the Templates interface opens respectively.

Step 2 – Select a policy/template or multiple policies/templates and right-click the selection. On the right-click menu, click the Export option.

Step 3 – In the Notes textbox, enter any information you want to save with the XML file.

Step 4 – You can toggle the Encrypt Sensitive Fields option on or off.

If on, provide a value in the Password and Verify Password boxes to be used as the encryption key.

Step 5 – Click Export.
