To find your change requests that originated in Zendesk:

  1. Open Reports.
  2. Click New Report.
  3. Choose a Report Type: Other Reports and Change Requests.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Add a filter: Change Type Equals Zendesk.
  6. Add any additional columns you want to display.
  7. Once the report is created, click Save.
Best Practice

Title the report something meaningful, such as 'Find Change Requests from Zendesk'.
